Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at HERMAN. If something isn’t quite right, register your return here.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order. If your return is approved, HERMAN will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. 

Note: Returns only apply for unworn and unwashed items without removal of tags. When returning items, shipping costs are for your account.

How to return:

1. Pack your return safely in the original packaging.
   
2. Register your package through this link. 
   

The carrier will provide you with a drop-off receipt to track your parcel’s progress. HERMAN does not take responsibility for items lost during the shipment back to us. We at HERMAN recommend you to keep a postage receipt with tracking number as proof that the package was sent.

Refund
As soon as we have received your return in our warehouse, it will be processed as soon as possible*. Within 14 days after processing your return, the return amount will be refunded via the payment method chosen by you.

*with the exception of: weekends, holidays and extremely busy days.

Of course we are also dependent on the bank and not liable for any delays caused by them.
